Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living who will own the largest multi-location deals, from initial meetings with ownership to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor seat with no direct reports, focused on strategic, multi-location senior living accounts across the US and Canada.

The role centers on closing large multi-location opportunities, coordinating with owners and regional leaders, and expanding services once a group signs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location settings.
• Experience selling to senior living operators or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to lead long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Prefer experience closing enterprise-level opportunities and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand accounts with additional locations and services after signing.
• Coordinate proposals with strategists and leadership for high-value deals.
