Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living. You will own the largest multi-location deals, from first meeting to signed contract, often spanning 3 to 12 months.

You’ll close sessions with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders across locations. As an individual contributor with a $2M annual quota, you will be fed qualified meetings by the inbound team and sales development group.

Competenze

• Must have a proven record of closing multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

• Own the full cycle on large deals from discovery to close, 3–12 months.
