Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant in a senior living community or healthcare setting is preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office and HR-related systems, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition).
• Respond to signals and inquiries to determine residents' needs.
• Record vitals and monitor health status as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Support dining, housekeeping, and laundry tasks as needed.
• Encourage participation in activities and community events.
• Communicate observations to the care team promptly.
• Promote residents' wellbeing and independence where possible.
