Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant within a senior living community or healthcare setting is preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and applications including MS Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, nutrition).
• Respond to signal lights and intercom to assess resident needs.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility, dining, laundry, and housekeeping tasks.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and communicate observations to the care team.
