Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of Resident Assistant experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (hygiene, grooming, dressing, nutrition).
• Respond to signals and calls to determine residents' needs.
• Record vitals and monitor health status as directed by care team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities; promote independence.
• Support dining, activities, and transport within the community.
• Document observations and communicate with the care team promptly.
