Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant in a senior living community or healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic health record systems, and HR-related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs such as grooming, hygiene, dressing, and nutrition.
• Respond to signals and determine residents' needs proactively.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility and transferring residents, and help with dining.
• Support activities and social engagements to promote wellbeing.
