Job summary

Pennant Services is hiring an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable, Medicaid, and managed care billing across multiple states. You will ensure accurate, timely reimbursement and regulatory compliance while guiding Revenue Cycle teams.

The role demands strong analytical skills, leadership, and experience in complex payer environments. Remote or hybrid work options are available with a focus on process improvement and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, AR, Medicaid or managed care billing.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience managing Medicaid billing across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle AR, Medicaid, and managed care billing across multiple states.
• Audit AR processes for accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement.
• Monitor KPIs like collections, aging, denials, and reimbursement trends.
• Provide training and guidance to AR staff and field teams.
