Pennant Services is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable, Medicaid and managed care billing across multiple states. You will oversee the full revenue cycle for senior living communities, ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and compliance with state and federal requirements.

This role partners with Operations, Business Office Managers, and Revenue Cycle leadership to optimize performance, reduce aging, and implement best practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, AR, Medicaid/managed care billing.
• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience managing Medicaid billing across multiple states.
• Experience with claim submission, denial management, and reimbursements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee AR processes across multiple states and communities.
• Audit AR and billing for accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement.
• Prepare and present AR, Medicaid, and managed care performance reports to leadership.
• Monitor collections, aging, denials, authorizations, and reimbursement timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations across revenue cycle.
