Pennant Services is seeking an AR Supervisor to oversee accounts receivable, Medicaid billing, and revenue cycle operations across multiple states. This role ensures accurate billing, reimbursement, and compliance with Medicaid and managed care requirements.

The successful candidate will lead a team of AR staff, collaborate with operational leadership, and drive improvements in collections, denial management, and reporting. Remote/hybrid options are available for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, accounts receivable, Medicaid billing, or managed care billing.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Experience managing Medicaid billing operations across multiple states.
• Experience with claim submission, denial management, appeals, collections, and revenue recovery.
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee AR, Medicaid, and managed care billing across a multi-state portfolio.
• Lead Medicaid and managed care operations ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reimbursement.
• Develop SOPs and train AR staff and business office managers.
• Escalate and resolve escalations related to Medicaid, billing, and reimbursements.
• Monitor KPIs: collections, aging, denials, authorizations, and reimbursement timeliness.
