Pennant Services is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable and Medicaid billing for a multi-state portfolio of senior living communities. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, AR, Medicaid or managed care billing.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing Medicaid billing across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid waivers, enrollment, and reimbursement methods.
• Experience with claim submission, denials, and revenue recovery.

• Oversee full-cycle AR for assigned communities and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead Medicaid and managed care billing across multiple states and ensure compliance.
• Monitor denials, rejections, and reimbursement discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
• Provide reporting on AR, Medicaid, and performance to leadership.
• Coach and train AR staff and field teams on Medicaid rules and billing processes.
• Collaborate with state agencies, MCOs, and community staff to resolve issues.
