Pennant Services is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable, Medicaid and managed care billing across multiple states for our senior living communities. You will drive timely reimbursement, ensure compliance, and supervise a dedicated AR team.

You will collaborate with patients, families, and state agencies to optimize reimbursement outcomes and support audit readiness while upholding CAPLICO values and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years healthcare revenue cycle, AR, Medicaid or managed care billing.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing Medicaid across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and payer requirements.
• Experience with claim submission, denial management, and revenue recovery.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee AR, Medicaid, and managed care billing across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and HIPAA.
• Manage end-to-end AR processes, aging, denials, and reimbursements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to AR staff and managers.
• Prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with state agencies, MCOs, and community staff to resolve issues.
• Support audits and month-end close related to revenue cycle.
