Job summary

Pennant Group is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable, Medicaid and managed care billing across multiple senior living communities. You will ensure accurate, timely billing, reimbursement, and compliance with regulations, while guiding the revenue cycle team.

This role partners with leaders to optimize cash flow, reduce aging, manage denials, and support audits. Remote/hybrid across several states, requiring robust analytic and training skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle, AR, Medicaid or managed care billing.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing Medicaid billing across multiple states.
• Experience with claim submission, denials, and reimbursement.
• Experience in assisted living/senior care healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle AR processes for assigned communities.
• Audit AR and billing practices for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs: collections, aging, denials, and reimbursement activity.
• Lead Medicaid and managed care billing across multiple states.
• Provide training and coaching to AR staff and field teams.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
