Job summary

Pennant Services is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable, Medicaid and managed care billing across a multi-state senior living portfolio. You will ensure accurate, timely billing, reimbursement, and reconciliation while maintaining compliance with Medicaid and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in AR, Medicaid billing, or managed care billing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of AR, Medicaid and managed care billing across multiple states.
• Monitor KPIs: collections, aging, denials, authorizations, reimbursement timelines.
• Lead denial management, appeals, and reimbursement reconciliation.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for Medicaid and AR functions.
• Collaborate with state agencies, MCOs, and operations leadership.
