Job summary

Pennant Services is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable, Medicaid and managed care billing for a multi-state portfolio of senior living communities. You will drive accuracy, timely reimbursement, and regulatory compliance across all locations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Medicaid knowledge, and the ability to improve processes, reduce aging, and support field leaders in achieving revenue cycle goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle and Medicaid billing.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing Medicaid across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of waivers and payer requirements.
• Experience with EMR and billing platforms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle AR for assigned communities.
• Audit AR processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze aging, denials, and reimbursement trends.
• Provide leadership and training to AR staff.
• Prepare regular AR performance reports for leadership.
• Ensure Medicaid and managed care billing complies with regulations.
