Red Hat's Technical Account Management team is seeking an enterprise-level engineer to join as a Senior Technical Account Manager, remote in the East region of the United States. You will provide technical and architectural guidance for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Platform, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in relevant roles, strong Linux expertise, and the ability to learn security

Formación

• 5+ years in a support, development, engineering, IT, or QA role.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux in deployments and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex technical info clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary customer advocate within Red Hat across teams.
• Deliver portfolio roadmap updates and assist with upgrades/implementation.
• Learn new technologies rapidly, including container orchestration and automation.
• Specialize in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and its implementation.
• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge across teams.
• Understand customer environments and product usage; manage incidents and communications.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, product management, and support teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for issue resolution.
