Job summary

Colliers seeks a Senior Lease Analyst to manage lease administration for diverse clients from a remote work setup across various US locations. You will own schedules, reports, and process improvements while serving as the main client contact for global lease matters.

You will ensure data accuracy, manage vendor relations, and oversee financial statements and reconciliations, contributing to high service levels and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Professional experience with portfolio management and global accounts.
• Experience with multiple lease database systems and client-facing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration functions, client and vendor relationships, and centralize schedules, reports, and processes for the Lease Administration team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain lease abstracts and data accuracy in the database and billing systems.
• Prepare and review lease-related financial statements, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Oversee vendor management including invoice validation against lease terms and discrepancy resolution.
