Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and financial reporting across large accounts. The role emphasizes rent presentment, payments, and governance within a largely remote setup.

You will coordinate with a worldwide team to ensure contract compliance, timely billing, and accurate lease data while maintaining strong client satisfaction and service delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and large portfolios.
• Familiarity with US GAAP/IFRS lease accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and stakeholders on lease administration.
• Maintain client contracts data, billing terms, and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Lead portfolio updates, metrics reviews and regular client governance programs.
• Track expirations, option exercise dates, and other critical lease information.
• Review and approve monthly client billing and pass-through expenses.
• Manage vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies with landlords.
