Job summary

Colliers International seeks a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and reporting for medium to large accounts. You will oversee rent payments, disclosures, and contract compliance while coordinating with a global team and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• Experience with lease management databases such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, or Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for global lease administration.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope of work, billing, and payment terms.
• Lead regular portfolio reviews and deliver performance reports to clients.
• Develop governance programs and communication cadences for client accounts.
• Oversee rent-related processes, including validation of charges and monthly summaries.
• Ensure lease records comply with US GAAP ASC 842 and IFRS 16.
