Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and centralize schedules and reports. You will operate within a remote, multi-location environment supporting large accounts with a focus on rent presentment and related activities.

The role requires strong client management, attention to contract details, and the ability to coordinate with a global team to ensure timely delivery of lease-related services.

Qualifications

• Responsible for managing Lease Administration functions for global accounts.
• Develops and maintains client governance programs, reporting cadence, and reviews.
• Ensures understanding of client agreements, scope, fee structure and billing info.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on lease administration.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope, fees, billing frequency and payee info.
• Conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain governance programs for client communications and reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates and critical lease information.
• Manage escalations and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure global team delivers services per contracts and client standards.
• Participate in presentations for new or existing clients and support new business pitches.
• Oversee data entry and management tasks across global teams.
• Establish weekly internal cadence for updates and issue tracking.
