Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and centralize scheduling, reporting, and processes. You will oversee rent-related activities, from abstracts to dashboards, with emphasis on accuracy and client satisfaction.

The role supports remote work from multiple locations and requires collaboration with global teams, strong financial and real estate knowledge, and effective governance programs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with lease accounting standards (ASC 842 / IFRS 16) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on lease administration.
• Maintain client contracts in WorkTrac and ensure accurate billing and payments.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics, and reports to clients.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical lease information.
• Oversee global team delivery per client contracts and processes.
