Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration for large accounts. You will serve as the main client contact, maintain contract data, generate performance reports, and drive governance with a focus on rent presentment and payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with lease database systems such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or equivalents.
• Expertise handling multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases and global account management structures.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client and internal stakeholder contact for global lease administration.
• Enter and maintain client contract data in WorkTrac and other systems.
• Prepare portfolio updates, metrics, and regular performance reports.
• Lead weekly client governance and communications cadence; manage escalations.
• Oversee vendor management, invoicing accuracy, and lease accounting per US GAAP/IFRS.
• Coordinate billing, recoveries, and rent/operating expense reconciliations.
