Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and complex accounts. You will centralize schedules, reporting plans, and processes for the Lease Administration team, with emphasis on rent presentment and payments.

The role requires deep knowledge of lease agreements, strong project management, and the ability to work remotely across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields.
• Working knowledge of lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and IFRS 16 requested.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters.
• Understand client business objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract data including scope, fee structure, billing frequency and payee information.
• Enter and maintain client contract details in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to present portfolio updates, metrics and reports.
• Establish governance programs for reporting cadence and communication.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical information.
• Resolve client escalations and drive timely issue resolution.
• Identify account risks and develop mitigation strategies; manage projects to resolution.
• Oversee global team delivery per contract and client processes.
• Participate in client presentations for new or existing business pitches.
• Assign and delegate database management tasks to global team members.
• Establish weekly calls and internal cadence with the lease admin team.
