Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and centralize reporting across large accounts. The role emphasizes rent presentment, payment activities, and collaboration with a global team.

You will oversee contract details, billing accuracy, and vendor coordination while maintaining strong governance programs and client satisfaction in a remote, multi-location setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree as stated.
• Experience with lease databases such as Visual Lease, ProLease, and CoStar.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Maintain and review client contracts, fee structures, billing frequencies, and payee information.
• Oversee monthly billing, pass-through expenses, and lease term communications.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical information for leases.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, dashboards, and reports to clients.
• Ensure compliance with client processes, contracts, and global standards.
