Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to lead lease administration for large, complex accounts in a remote-capable role across multiple US locations.

You will manage client relationships, lease data, reporting, and payments, while coordinating with global teams to ensure accuracy and timely deliverables. Strong experience with lease systems and GAAP/IFRS standards is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in business/real estate or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Experience with major lease databases (Visual Lease, ProLease, WorkTrac, CoStar).
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work remotely with global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements, scope of work, billing, and payee information.
• Manage lease accounting records and ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS 16.
• Prepare and review lease-related financial statements, reports and schedules.
• Oversee vendor management and invoice validation against lease terms.
• Coordinate with global team to maintain data integrity and processes.
