Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning design or development.
• Familiar with AI tools, LMS platforms, inclusive design, and consulting.
• Proficient in learning authoring and design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and modernization of learning and performance support solutions using instructional design methodologies.
• Lead strategic consultations with stakeholders to uncover business needs, performance expectations, and success measures.
• Use predictive analytics and historical data to define KPIs and ROI for learning initiatives.
• Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
