Job summary

Services for the UnderServed is seeking a Learning Experience Design Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate organization-wide learning programs. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to assess needs, create curricula, and drive measurable improvements in employee knowledge and performance.

The role emphasizes adult learning principles, project leadership, and collaboration with internal and external partners to advance organizational learning goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in instructional design, learning experience design, organizational development, talent development, training, or related field.
• Strong consultation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing learning programs and curricula for adult learners.
• Proven ability to design creative, low-budget learning solutions.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and learning experience design principles.
• Experience translating business challenges into measurable learning outcomes and performance solutions.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or collaborate on the design, development, and continuous improvement of learner-centered experiences.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to assess needs and craft effective learning solutions.
• Own learning projects from planning through evaluation and impact assessment.
• Facilitate high-quality learning delivery and promote learner engagement.
• Contribute to learning quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners for learning initiatives.
• Provide internal consulting on learning strategies, instructional approaches, and implementation logistics.
• Support vendor selection and evaluation for learning resources.
