Job summary

S:US is seeking a Learning Experience Design Manager in the United States to lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise learning programs. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to assess needs, craft solutions, and drive engaging, impactful experiences that align with organizational priorities.

You will guide learning strategy, program ownership, and delivery excellence, while advancing quality standards and leveraging modern authoring tools and LMS technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 5+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or talent development.
• Strong consultation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience designing learning programs for adult learners.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Rise and Camtasia.
• Experience with LMS and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and solutions.
• Design, develop, curate, and improve learning experiences grounded in adult learning.
• Manage learning programs from planning through evaluation.
• Lead or support facilitation and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to learning governance, standards, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance learning goals.
