Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, implement, and maintain world-class programs for the Learning and Development team. You will improve programs using ADDIE/SAM/AGILE, mentor peers, and drive business results across departments.

You will create engaging content using multimedia, manage projects, and ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives while delivering measurable learning outcomes for a large member base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years as an instructional designer or L&D PM.
• Experience designing instructor-led and e-learning modules.
• Proven ability to lead multiple training projects with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative, scalable learning programs for all levels.
• Develop course materials using multimedia to support self-study and practice.
• Evaluate learning solutions for business impact and scalability.
• Create rapid-development training content and assessments.
• Lead curriculum design and align with product milestones.
