Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to create learning across digital, live, blended, and in-the-flow-of-work formats. The role partners with program owners, People team, HRBPs, SMEs, and enablement teams to craft experiences that support performance management, leadership, and career growth.

This hands-on, strategic design role covers needs analysis through design and delivery, elevating learning to a scalable driver of employee capability while modernizing content

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning experience design or related field.
• Portfolio showing design across asynchronous, ILT, and blended formats.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and Universal Design for Learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning design for managers, leaders, and staff across formats.
• Create engaging content: materials, modules, videos, storyboards, job aids.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design across all digital learning assets.
• Partner with program owners to align learning with on-the-job application.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content development with guardrails for quality and privacy.
• Manage content lifecycle and maintain LMS assets without owning admin infra.
• Evaluate learning solutions using feedback and Kirkpatrick models.
• Document repeatable design practices to scale the team’s work.
