Job summary

Chiesi Group seeks an experienced Key Account Manager for a remote field-based role across the US, with up to 60% travel and occasional conferences. You will educate HCPs on our rare diseases portfolio, build regional plans, and drive sales while collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams.

You will rely on strong relationship networks and data insights to identify opportunities, manage leads, and exceed targets. A bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Veeva/Salesforce are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution; science or business background a plus.
• Proven track record delivering top sales performance against objectives.
• Experience with Veeva, Salesforce.com and MS Office in a field-based/remote role.

Responsibilities

• Strategically target, plan and manage the territory with consistent follow-up.
• Meet or exceed sales forecast, goals and objectives through territory execution.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan with ongoing updates.
• Guide HCPS through prescribing processes and support services.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on local market needs.
• Implement marketing initiatives and support speaker programs.
• Support conferences and manage CRM activity; travel up to 60%.
• Submit call activity and expense reports; occasional overnight/weekend travel.
