The role requires a 60% travel expectation, field-based collaboration with cross-functional teams, and compliance with company SOPs. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in pharma are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution.
• 10+ years pharma industry experience in related roles.
• Clinical experience selling rare disease products in a large geography.
• Expansive local relationships and market knowledge with proven sales results.
• Excellent virtual/remote selling and communication skills.
• Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Concur, Zoom, Teams, WebEx.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness around rare disease states and drive business development.
• Strategic account management—translate strategy into action.
• Target and cover CA, HI, AK, WA, OR with territory plans.
• Manage leads with timely follow-up and CRM updates.
• Meet/exceed sales forecasts and develop ongoing territory plans.
• Guide HCPs through prescribing and support services.
