Chiesi USA is seeking a Field-Based/Remote Key Account Manager to drive rare disease product adoption across NC, SC, MS and TN. You will manage strategic accounts, build strong healthcare professional relationships, and translate market insights into action while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years pharma sales experience, proven top-tier performance, and deep knowledge of compliance and hospital credentialing. Up to 60% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; education in science or business a plus.
• 10+ years pharma industry experience in related, diverse function/roles.
• Clinical experience selling specialty/rare disease products in a large geography.
• Expansive local relationships, access, and market knowledge.
• Proven track record of delivering top sales performance that meet or exceed objectives.
• Excellent virtual/remote selling and customer engagement skills; strong communication.
• Expansive account management skills; collaboration across teams.
• Demonstrated highest ethical standards; compliance awareness.
• Rare disease/biologics selling experience; problem-solving ability.
• Experience with Veeva, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, Concur, Zoom, Teams, WebEx.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness around rare disease states and company products.
• Drive business development and prospecting in target regions.
• Strategize and translate plans into action across territory.
• Travel up to 60% to cover NC, SC, MS, TN and regional conferences.
• Support HCPs through prescribing processes and resources.
• Collaborate with marketing, leadership and training on local needs.
• Lead local market initiatives and speaker programs.
