Job summary
Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced IT support professional to assist end users across desktops, devices, and clinical systems for radiology services. You will diagnose issues, communicate downtime, and document resolutions, while contributing to knowledge bases and process improvements.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Healthcare IT, familiarity with PowerScribe, HIS/RIS, and PACS, and strong customer service skills to support radiologists and clinical users in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT technical support experience.
- Experience with radiology-specific systems (PowerScribe, HIS/RIS, PACS).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced IT support to end users via chat, hardware/software/network troubleshooting.
- Diagnose, triage, and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and clinical IT systems.
- Support radiologists during downtime and ensure timely communications.
- Manage incidents in ServiceNow and contribute to knowledge bases and guides.
- Serve as escalation point during on-call periods and help drive service improvements.
