Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in Healthcare IT including hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with PowerScribe or Fluency and knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS.
• Understanding radiology workflows and DICOM.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced IT support to end users via chat, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and clinical apps.
• Diagnose, triage, and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, mobiles, peripherals, and clinical IT systems.
• Support radiologists during downtime, ensuring timely communication and continuity of operations.
• Manage incidents in ServiceNow, maintain docs, contribute to knowledge base articles, guides, and process improvements.
• Serve as escalation point during on-call periods and collaborate with IT teams to improve support quality, efficiency, and reliability.
