Job summary

Sirona Medical is seeking an Application Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support for radiology software. The role focuses on promptly addressing inquiries, documenting incidents, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve issues.

The position is remote within the United States and includes rotating overnight shifts, including weekends. Ideal candidates will have healthcare tech experience, PACS familiarity, and comfort working with clinicians onboarding on clinical

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Customer Care/Call center environments, radiology and PACS familiarity is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in level I or higher troubleshooting roles within a call center or support center setting.
• Experience working directly with clinicians onboarding on clinical applications.
• Background in healthcare and ability to troubleshoot with medical professionals, ideally radiologists.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to client issues and monitor client sites.
• Expedite resolution of requests following SOPs and SLAs.
• Document all incidents in the ticketing system with accuracy.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal channels.
• Adhere to monitoring, security, and data protection procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve software issues.
