Job summary

Sirona Medical is seeking an Application Support Specialist for second shift. This remote, US-based role supports radiology users configuring PACS and clinical applications, partnering with clinical staff to onboard and resolve issues.

You will respond to incidents, document thoroughly, and escalate as needed while ensuring data security and SLA adherence. Salary is hourly with equity and benefits, and shifts include evenings and weekends on rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in level I or higher troubleshooting roles within a call center or support center
• Experience with radiology/PACS onboarding and clinical applications
• Background in healthcare and ability to troubleshoot with medical professionals, ideally radiologists
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, MWL standards and radiology workflows
• Experience with SaaS platforms and startup environments is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to client issues and monitor client sites
• Expedite resolution per SOPs and SLAs with cross-functional collaboration
• Document all incidents in the ticketing system with accuracy
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal channels for swift resolution
• Adhere to monitoring, alerting, and security procedures to protect data
• Analyze and troubleshoot network performance metrics and identify improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address software issues
• Contribute to knowledge base and runbooks
