Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Project Manager III for a remotebased role in the United States. You will lead IT/software delivery programs, manage scope, schedule, budgets, and vendor coordination to achieve on-time, on-scope results.

You will act as Scrum Master for Agile projects, apply hybrid methodologies, coach teams, develop plans, and report progress using KPIs while aligning with healthcare IT goals. Strong communication and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience in IT/Software implementations.
• Proven track record delivering IT/software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience developing formal PM plans with scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and integration management.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications are required.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using waterfall, agile, lean, or hybrid methods.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects, facilitating planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop accurate project scopes and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
• Manage resources, schedules, and critical path; generate and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate risks and decisions as needed.
