Job summary

Signature Performance, in the United States (remote, nationwide), seeks a seasoned Project Manager III to drive IT/software initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time completion within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, serve as Scrum Master, and manage risk, change, and stakeholder communications.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in PM, PMP/CSM/CSPO certifications, and hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and Azure DevOps in healthcare-related

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with a strong emphasis on IT/Software Implementation projects.
• Proven track record in IT/Software Implementation projects is essential.
• Expertise in developing comprehensive formal Project Management Plans encompassing sub-plans (scope, cost, schedule, quality, communications, risk, stakeholders, resources, change, integration).
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Project (Professional or online versions).
• Demonstrated proficiency in using KPIs (Earned Value, ETC, SPI, CPI, BCWS, BCWP).
• Ability to lead Work Breakdown Structures and estimation methods (Analogous, Parametric, PERT, Bottom-Up).
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO required.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• SDLC expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional, agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate ceremonies to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Implement change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility and alignment with goals.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and perform schedule development and critical path analysis.
• Generate comprehensive project documentation (charters, logs, plans, reports, COAs, etc.).
• Facilitate meeting communications and decisions; capture salient points accurately.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using verification techniques and risk management.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders as primary liaison.
• Conduct risk management and vendor relationship activities.
• Communicate test results and end-product requirements; perform ad hoc analyses.
• Continuously improve systems by assessing practices and implementing enhancements.
• Fulfill Scrum Master duties: coaching, removing impediments, fostering collaboration.
• Perform other duties as needed.
