Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to drive project initiatives from initiation to completion. This remote role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on time, within budget, and with quality.

You will guide agile and hybrid projects, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Candidates should have 10+ years in project management, PMP/CSM/CSPO, and healthcare industry experience, with strong SDLC and PM planning skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years project management experience with IT/software implementation.
• PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications required.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• SDLC expertise and ability to develop formal PM plans including sub-plans.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional, agile, and hybrid methods.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile projects and facilitate ceremonies to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Apply change management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and alignment with goals.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and perform schedule development and critical path analysis.
• Produce detailed project documentation (charters, logs, plans, reports, COAs, etc.).
• Continuously monitor performance and escalate issues with risk mitigation as needed.
• Foster strong client/stakeholder relationships and manage communications.
