Job summary

Signature Performance seeks an experienced Project Manager III to lead complex IT/software initiatives from initiation to closure. You will apply traditional, agile, and hybrid approaches, serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

You bring 10+ years in IT project management, PMP/CSM/CSPO, strong KPI discipline, and proven ability to drive change.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in IT/software project management
• Experience leading IT/software implementation projects
• Certified in PMP/CSM/CSPO or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, and hybrid approaches
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects, facilitating sprints and ceremonies
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope, within-budget delivery
• Develop comprehensive project documentation (charter, scope, risk, communications)
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle
