Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio and project management framework within IT. You will partner with IT and Business to drive value through portfolio planning, investment decisions, and governance.

You will oversee reporting on budget, schedule health, risks, and resource management, while coaching teams in Lean-Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 7+ years IT program/project management with portfolio focus.
• Experience in Lean-Agile and SAFe is preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and realign investments.

Responsabilidades

• Mature lean portfolio management across IT.
• Develop value-oriented plans for proactive decision‑making.
• Oversee portfolio reporting on budget, schedule, risks, and ROIs.
• Coach and enable Lean-Agile delivery across teams.
