Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio and project management framework across IT, partnering with business leaders to deliver value.

You will oversee portfolio status reporting, budgets from $10M-$100M, and guidance on risk, dependencies, and resource planning, while coaching teams in Lean- Agile practices to improve delivery across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• Seven or more years of IT program or portfolio management experience.
• Experience with Lean-Agile transformations and multiple Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Mature lean portfolio and PM framework across IT and business partners.
• Oversee portfolio reporting to IT Leadership with KPIs on budget, schedule, risks and ROI.
• Coach teams and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and Continuous Delivery.
