Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio management framework across the IT organization, fostering partnerships with IT and Business to deliver strategic value.

The role maintains portfolio reporting standards, oversees budget and schedule health, risks, and dependencies, and guides Lean-Agile delivery with cross-functional teams to maximize investment outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Management or related field.
• 7+ years IT program/project management with portfolio experience.
• SAFe/PMI certifications (SAFe, PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio budgets from $10M-$100M and forecast labor needs.
• Build strong relationships with IT and business partners for planning.
• Guide options, risks, costs, and benefits in investment decisions.
• Lead Lean-Agile delivery and coach project teams and PMs.
• Define portfolio processes for evidence-based decision making and governance.
• Oversee portfolio tooling and reporting to ensure alignment with strategy.
