Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio management framework across the IT organization. You will partner with IT and Business to deliver value through cost-effective, strategic investments and proactive decision-making.

Responsibilities include governance, budgeting, and portfolio reporting; you will guide Lean-Agile delivery and coach teams to maximize value while balancing risk. Collaboration with Finance and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management experience.
• Experience leading Agile/Lean portfolio initiatives and governance.
• Strong collaboration with IT, Finance, and business partners for budgeting and investment decisions.

• Mature lean portfolio management framework across IT.
• Develop value-oriented portfolio plans and manage risks and dependencies.
• Oversee portfolio reporting to IT Leadership with KPI metrics (budget, schedule, ROIs).
