Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; master's preferred.
• Seven+ years IT program/project management with portfolio management experience.
• Experience with multiple Agile delivery frameworks and tools.
• PMI PMP and/or PMI-ACP; SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe RTE, SAFe Program Consultant, CSM, CSP pref.
• Experience leading agile transformations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Mature lean portfolio management framework across IT to align with business partners and strategy.
• Develop value-oriented plans guiding proactive decision-making amidst constraints, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee portfolio reporting to IT Leadership on budget, schedule, risk, and resource management.
• Guide Lean-Agile practices and coach teams toward self-management and improved delivery.
• Define portfolio management processes for evidence-based IT investment decisions and governance.
