Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio and project management framework within IT. This role focuses on partnerships with IT and business to deliver strategic value and to optimize budgets from $10M-$100M while ensuring benefits realization.

You will lead portfolio reporting to IT Leadership, manage dependencies, risks, and resource planning, and coach teams in Lean-Agile approaches across Delivery Leads and Product Owners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
7+ years IT program/project management with portfolio responsibilities.
Experience with Lean-Agile and multiple delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

Mature lean portfolio and project management framework across IT.
Develop value-oriented plans aligning with business strategy.
Report portfolio status and KPIs to IT Leadership.
Guide risk, cost, and resource management across programs.
Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and cross-functional delivery.
Lead portfolio governance, prioritization, and investment decisions.
