Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature lean portfolio management across the IT organization, partnering with IT and Business to deliver strategic value.

The role blends lean portfolio principles with Ryder's technology portfolio to guide proactive decision-making amidst evolving demands, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities include portfolio reporting standards and KPI tracking on budget, schedule, risks, and resource management to align with the company vision.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management experience.
• Experience with multiple Agile delivery frameworks (Kanban/Scrum/SAFe).
• PMI-PMP/PMI-ACP or SAFe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio budgets (range $10M-$100M) and align with business goals.
• Build collaboration between IT and Business stakeholders for demand planning and budgeting.
• Provide KPI reporting and governance across the portfolio to IT leadership.
• Facilitate Lean-Agile practices and coach teams toward self-management.
