Job summary
Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio framework across IT and foster partnerships with IT and business. You will guide value-oriented plans and manage portfolio reporting on budget, schedule, risks, and ROI.
In this role, you will lead Lean-Agile delivery, coach teams, and define portfolio processes for evidence-based IT investments while balancing demand, resources, and dependencies to realize strategic benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
- Master's degree preferred in IT, CS, or related field.
- Seven or more years in IT program/project management with portfolio skills.
Responsibilities
- Mature lean portfolio management across IT to support business value.
- Develop value-oriented plans guiding proactive decision-making.
- Oversee portfolio reporting on budget, schedule, risks, and ROI.
- Lead Lean-Agile delivery and coach teams to self-manage.
- Define portfolio processes for evidence-based IT investments.
