Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio and project management framework within IT. You will partner with IT and Business leaders to craft value-driven plans, guide decision-making under constraints, and ensure benefits realization across initiatives.

The role emphasizes portfolio governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of delivery processes, aligning with organizational objectives and KPIs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Seven or more years of IT program/project management with portfolio management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio budgets ranging from $10M to $100M.
• Build relationships with IT and Business partners for resource demand planning and budget management.
• Guide lean-portfolio management processes and evidence-based decision making.
• Support Lean-Agile Continuous Delivery and coach teams across Agile frameworks.
• Improve portfolio delivery through risk, dependency, and governance management.
