Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio framework across IT and partner with business leaders to deliver value-driven outcomes. You will manage budgets from $10M-$100M, build strong relationships, and guide portfolio decisions through data-driven reporting.

This role emphasizes Lean-Agile delivery, cross-functional governance, risk management, and strategic investment planning in a complex enterprise IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in IT/CS/Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Mature lean portfolio management framework across IT.
• Oversee portfolio reporting to IT Leadership on budgets, schedule health, risks and mitigations.
• Collaborate with IT and Business partners for strategic alignment and resource planning.
• Coach and guide teams in Lean-Agile practices and delivery excellence.
